Sarka has been training clients in Toronto for fourteen years. An enthusiastic traveler born and raised in the Czech Republic, she has always been passionate about physical activity. She herself was a competitive track and field athlete in her youth. She decided to pursue her STOTT PILATES certification and became a fully certified instructor in January 2011. Larissa Tutert is a physiotherapist with training in the neurofunctional sports performance approach, male and female pelvic health, and medical acupuncture. In addition to manual osteopathic fascial techniques, Larissa has pursued internationally recognized education in advanced orthopaedics and joint/spinal manipulations, achieving the designation of Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).
