Before becoming a personal trainer, he was a competitive high-level baseball and hockey player. Presently, he races long-course triathlons. Knowing firsthand the demands and stress that sports puts on the body has equipped him with valuable insights into the importance of proper movement patterns. Keren is an orthopaedic and pelvic physiotherapist who provides injury rehabilitation and preventative and performance care using a holistic approach. Her treatment priorities are to restore optimal function, promote recovery, and enhance physical performance.

She applies her understanding of how the nervous system plays a role in musculoskeletal pain and movement patterning to design individualized treatments for her patients, and is committed to empowering them to be active participants in their care so they can keep pursuing the activities they love. Her approach focuses on guiding patients through corrective exercise where optimal biomechanics and functional movement patterns are the focus.

Emma enjoys using her knowledge of human kinetic and therapeutic techniques to help her patients overcome injuries and return to healthy, active lifestyles. She has spent many years working with sports teams in the field, especially football, and has completed additional courses in taping, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. She also works part-time with an orthopedic surgeon, where she learns firsthand from the doctor and helps guide patients throughout their recovery and rehab process. Through this position, she has had the opportunity to work with many hockey and baseball players, learning sport-specific rehab methods to help with their recovery.
